A specialist team, not a generalist bench
Our specialism is API pressure-control equipment, not general mechanical engineering. Our engineers have spent their careers designing, analysing and qualifying wellhead, tree, manifold and subsea distribution equipment, working inside major oil services and subsea contractors and on projects for the world’s leading oil and gas producers.
The average engineer on our team brings more than ten years of that experience. That means fewer assumptions, fewer review cycles and calculations that stand up when a client, a certifying authority or a third party picks them apart.

What our experience covers
Subsea and surface infrastructure, from concept to qualification
The same engineers who design the equipment also analyse it and document it, so the design, the calculations and the drawings agree with each other.
Wellheads and Christmas trees
Surface and subsea wellhead systems, trees and associated pressure-control equipment, designed to API 6A and API 17D.
Manifolds
Subsea and surface manifolds, including layout, structural and piping design and pressure-boundary verification.
Subsea distribution systems
Subsea distribution hardware and the interfaces around it, taken from concept layout through detailed design.
Structural design
Structures for subsea and surface equipment, developed alongside the pressure-containing design rather than treated as a separate exercise.
Analysis and validation
FEA for pressure boundary, thermal, fatigue and bolted-connection assessment, reported so your reviewers and third parties can follow every step.
Requalification and re-rating
Bringing legacy equipment and drawing packages up to current standard revisions, and re-rating designs for higher pressure or wider temperature ranges.
Standards we work to: API 6A, API 17D, API 6D, API 16A and API 16C, and their ISO equivalents where applicable.
