Analysis report
A complete report stating geometry, material properties, boundary conditions, load cases and every assumption made — written so a reviewer can follow how the result was reached, not just what it was.
Mesh and convergence evidence
Element type, mesh density, refinement in the regions that matter, and the convergence study that shows the result is not mesh-dependent.
Stress plots and margin summary
Contour plots at each load case with a tabulated summary of calculated stress against allowable, so the margins are visible at a glance rather than buried in appendices.
Code and standard comparison
Results set against ASME BPVC Section VIII Division 2 Part 5, API 6X clause by clause, in a form your reviewer or certifying body can check directly.
Model files handed over
Analysis run in Ansys, Abaqus, Nastran, Creo Simulate, SolidWorks Simulation, with the solver model and geometry handed over on request in the native format or as neutral geometry. You are not locked in.
Design validation documentation
Where the analysis supports a qualification or re-rating, the documentation package to accompany it — formatted to your templates and document numbering.
